The Tempest, Act 3, Scene 3. Prospero in an aside says that his magic charms are working and he has his enemies in his power. With the aid of his sprite Ariel, the master manipulator and puppetmaster has created a web of illusions and distractions to frustrate and baffle his visitors from the shipwreck.
