The Tempest, Act 3, Scene 2. Trinculo expresses surprise that a monster like Caliban should use a term of respect like "Lord" in addressing Stephano. In calling Caliban a "natural" he is suggesting that he is an idiot and also punning on the idea that he is an unnatural creature.
