Romeo and Juliet, Act 4, Scene 2. Old Capulet rejoices as Juliet apologizes to him and falsely agrees to marry Paris. This is dramatic irony since the audience knows that Juliet has no intention of going through with the marriage. She is already secretly married to Romeo. Not everything is at it appears to a relieved Lord Capulet.
