The Picture of Dorian Gray, Chapter 17. Lord Henry in his witty repartee at Dorian’s party seems to admit to having some devil-like features. Does he represent the devil in the story? It has been suggested that he does and he is certainly Dorian’s tempter who lures him down the path of sin.
