Othello, Act 4, Scene 1. Iago taunts Othello with crude images of Cassio and Desdemona being intimate and lying naked in bed together. He skillfully suggests that Desdemona means no harm lying in bed with her friend. Iago is playing mind games here with Othello to manipulate him into believing his wife is being unfaithful.
