Othello, Act 3, Scene 3. Iago continues with his manipulation of Othello, as he pretends to be his protector and friend who cares for his peace of mind. In reality he is setting Othello up for his downfall, as he sows seeds of suspicion and doubt before finally sharing his thoughts of an affair between Othello’s wife and Cassio.
