Othello, Act 2, Scene 3. We have dramatic irony when Cassio thanks Iago for advising him to ask Desdemona to intercede on his behalf with Othello. Cassio doesn’t realize that Iago is trying to frame him and implicate him in a love affair with Desdemona.
