Hamlet, Act 1, Scene 3. Listen to people who criticize you, but don’t be too quick to judge others, Polonius counsels son Laertes. Wonderful advice that Polonius ironically and hypocritically doesn’t adhere to it himself. Instead Polonius is more fond of giving his opinions of others than receiving them.
